Sam is one of London’s leading Animal Flow and Body Weight strength coaches. As a proponent of movement culture, his personal training focuses on expanding the possibilities of each client by exploring new ranges of motion, flexibility and strength. Movement is a key component of Sam’s work promoting longevity, mobility and good health.

Building a strong foundation with body weight exercises is fundamental to better understanding your body and the key to becoming a better mover. Callisthenics includes all the basic elements - squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling… but the scope to develop these movement is endless. They take time to master, but the process of learning them is a fun and journey rewarding.
