Run Strong: Strength training for running performance

next course starting 10th september

Run Strong is a small group training program designed to help build strength and mobility training into your current regime. The course is based over a 6 week block and includes:

  • 6 coach led sessions
  • Individualised mobility drills and technique practice between sessions
  • Watsapp group for questions and technique videos
  • Advice and guidance on how to implement strength training into your running regime at the end of the course 

Spaces are limited to a maximum of 4 participants so that we are able to provide a focused approach to coaching for each member of the group.
