Ride Strong: Strength training for cycling performance

Our Ride Strong program focuses on building the strength and mobility needed to make the most from your current cycling training. This is a 6 week course comprising of:

  • 6 coach led sessions
  • Individualised mobility drills and technique practice between sessions
  • Watsapp group for questions and technique videos
  • Advice and guidance on how to implement strength training into your training regime at the end of the course 

Spaces are limited to a maximum of 4 participants so that we are able to provide a focused approach to coaching for each member of the group.
